Is there a free trial?
Yes — every install starts with a 14-day free trial, no key and no payment needed. The setup wizard offers it the first time you open Nafsi, so you can run it in your practice before you buy. When the trial ends, enter a license key to keep going.
What happens when my license expires?
The app keeps running offline with your data intact — Nafsi is local-first, so nothing depends on our server staying live. You'll lose access to new updates and renewal-side features until you renew. No data is held hostage.
Where does my patient data live?
On your computer. The clinical database is encrypted on your device, and the key that unlocks it is protected by your device login. Our server stores your email and the licenses tied to it — nothing else.
Can I use Nafsi on two computers?
The license currently activates on one computer at a time. Moving to a new machine is supported — restore from an encrypted backup and re-activate.
Which platforms are supported?
macOS and Windows. Both run the same app, with the same features and the same at-rest encryption, and your license moves freely between them.

Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions. Reply to your receipt email or contact support — we'll process it the same day.
